USANA's 2 Star Diamond Director Aaron Dinh Quits USANA and Joins Nerium International

USANA Million Dollar Club Member
USANA's 2-star diamond director Aaron Dinh quits and joins Nerium International instead, another multilevel marketing pyramid scheme. Aaron was also a member of USANA's prestigious million dollar club. Why would someone at the top of the distributor hierarchy need to quit and start over with a similar scheme? I've sent Aaron a message asking for his comment and have not received any reply.

Thought this was note worthy since USANA would like people to believe in residual income. Well, when your downline drops out, you have no more income.

  1. Wonder if he will now start telling everyone that Nerium's products are best on the market? Magically even better than Usana's too right?

Dinh was also in another company before usana and it was called 2by2 with duke tubtim who was the top earner... Dinh followed Duke tubtim in usana when 2by2 died out.... and Duke was far more successful than Dihn in USana also. When duke left usana..... Dihn told all his top directors in a special meeting that he will never leave us. He talked so much crap about Duke tubtim saying that Aarix paid him 100,000 to quit usana which was stupid because we all know Duke was making more than that..... Dihn said you will quit on yourself before I quit on you.... Guess what Dihn quit on you and took all the cash out from your family's pro pack... including mine btw..... Dihn won. he took our money.... he profited from all of us........ he called Duke a sell out for leaving USANA sooooo whose the sell out now? you're acutally worse off than Duke now in a miracle wonder face drugs that cost 1,000 to sign up....

He is now going to Nerium.. I saw the videos of the before and after of Nerium's facial product and they seem to work.... I bet the products did a lot of upgrade on Cathy Ngo's face that they decided to join a company with a worst compensation plan... I have no idea why Dihn would leave a money generating business (thanks to Nancy On who is under Dinh) Dinh was a member of the Usana's IDC so I assume he knew all of USANAs dark secrets... duke left before Dinh so he is smarter. I bet he left because he knew something bad was going to happen to the company..... I am glad I got rid of my usana stocks long time ago...

    Dinh also told us:
why aren't you guys sharing this product to everyone.. it cures cancer

I wonder what he will say about Nerium now?

  3. The reason why USANA is big is because most of the unstable binary company shuts down and transfer to USANA because it's the "Logical Choice". Their product is overpriced, their compensation is to the advantage of the company, and in fairness to USANA. They have so much sizzle but no steak.

It's never a logical choice to join an MLM even though its binary. my opinion why it is big is because their training (brainwashing) is so strong. It has Utah religion power strong.. Most MLM and religions are started in UTAH.... they all have one thing in common.. brainwashing power.. this website exposes that it is mathematically impossible to make any money with the compensation plan because word of mouth advertising sales for tiny amount of points isn't enough to make your time worth it. What is profitable is gathering a big meeting and tricking people to buying $1250 packages which is fast money... big momentum could keep up the cycle to a few months or years to big losses at the bottom and small amount on top get quick rich...

the weakness of the infinite binary is it is capped at 5,000 points in that week....... lets say you want to sell the products honestly and try to move products in that week..... the VERY BEST preferred customer enroller averages 8 products a week.. and averaging 30 points each sale.. 240 points a week in products..... let me repeat (THE VERY BEST PC enroller)..... let us say you are maxed at 5,000 points in one leg... you can try all you want but you can't get max value for the binary anyways because it is physically impossible to move products correctly... so many points get passed over 5,000 and wasted... leads to anxiety, stress to some... for a measly 100-200 paycheck... which only goes to your autoship...

NOW if you want to be like Dihn to make money... it is possible........ BUT the person you have to be is similar to the life of a "great Preacher"...... If your dream is to be a diamond director.... then your dream is also to be a brainwashing PREACHER and that is where you get max value for the binary compensation plan... that's when you have so many legs and you have more chances for the legs to even out and get lucky...

you can only surpass the person above you a long ways after its been solid.. after 10s of thousands have joined.... even if you surpass the person above you in points that week.. that is only for that week..... in the long run, the person on top is still above you because he is gauranteed more points because eventually all your points pass through the person above you.... being a solid earner is better than a high rank associate...... in other words.. I would rather be a silver director and have one gold director each on my right and one of my left leg than the gold director that surpassed my silver rank... eventually the gold director would only have a few hundred points balanced in his/her legs on average in the long run.. but all those balanced points are all in my one leg.... you see you will need to be in the diamond ranks to even say you can surpass someone above you......

  14. To the poster above. You are forgetting one very important point. Usana is not like any other traditional business. Once You get to the top you earn a significant residual income which is why people get into this business in the first place. If you get up and leave, you sacrifice all that money. The truth is the only logical for Ding to leave is because his downline dried up and he wasn't making any significant money anymore, which by the way is exactly what usana wants - to not have to pay anybody commissions yet take all your money. Ding moved on because usana's comp plan is scheme, which he also played big part in over selling dreams. He moved on to another mlm company where he will over sell that as well. Honestly don't know how these people can look in mirror and feel good about getting rich on other peoples hard earned money knowing they will never make their money back. I would be disgusted with myself too.

USANA is not going to help you with your Solid achiever paycheck...

what rank are you and how much are you really getting paid.. think about it so you can wake up.. I knew many of my downlines hating their jobs because the influence of USANA with this corporate BS topic... they think corporate America was a horrible system... yet because of corporate America is how they can afford to buy pro-packs, autoship, clothes, gas and food to DO USANA... what income does USANA give you to think highly over it vs. typical American business..... our country is strong because of corporate America not MLM.. you're the IDIOT LOL.. I use to be like that. I was mad at the people that were negative towards usana. I learned that they were negative towards it because USANA is the one that causes the negativity.

Do you see any advertisement on this site? no way to make money so please all USANA associates please use another topic and it doesn't matter anyways if watchdog gets paid or not.

calling people idiots doesn't do you any good

how do you help people develop.. ? the purpose of helping develop is to recruit more to feed the scheme. you don't have to spend thousands to have great experience...

you can do other things to enjoy.. usana has a concert like atmosphere and you can go to a concert with real friends that are not your friends because of the compensation plan.... (away from the brainwash and business)

money is important to pay the bills... usana has caused many to lose $ and become deep in debt by upline's influence.. SOLD to serve the upline who you think is helping you.. in turn spend senselessly to help each other...
on paper everyone is losing mathematically.. this site is helping you win in life by preventing you from serving your life away to an unprofitable business..

there is nothing wrong with corporate life..... you went to school to become a better person... became valuable... your skills are invested in a business businessmen invested in a business to either serve the economy so that money can cycle with services and products.... it's a win win situation for the economy....

USANA everyone loses... wake up and think about it... I woke up after 3 years of HARDWORK invested in USANA..

  19. Also an ex-Silver here. I drank the Kool-Aid for years, until I realized that to make huge money you have to be a huge dick. My direct sponsor is one of the very top people in Usana; he'll prospect anything that moves and a few things that don't to get a single distributor, and leave 999 broken, bleeding bodies in his wake. But do that for 10 years and you, too, can earn $80,000 as week. I love the products, but they *are* overpriced.

You have 2 options boys and girls every up here ^ has a point and they do tell you the truth.

    You either
    1. Go on with your life and forget a USANA & MLN go to school get a job get payed and make the best of it

    Or
    2. Gamble with USANA & MLN and make the best of that

In the end you make the choice I been in usana and I had made some money so heres my lesson it has help me but also spend my time and money if you choice the usana path give your self a time line a dead line if you don't make anything by your dead line leave mine was 3 years and stay away from politics while your in it just a waste of time
Focus on building and sales improvement

I've most likely been in the same room as some of this ^ guys and some of them have done some bad things while in MLN but some been good friends of mine good people

You make your mind and go for it with all you have in option 1 or 2

    Good luck

  24. So If

    Forget option 2.

The only people that buy Usana products are the associates.
80% drop out within a year. If you set the dead line at three years you could be out a lot of time and money. I would set the dead line at less 3 minutes and not stick around to be cheated..

You're a piece of chicken for hiding behind a blog. You have no purpose in life, and therefore trying to battle with life. Usana changes people for the best, you learn new things and meet new people. 29. Drank the Usana Koolade for 5 years, busted our asses getting to Silver Directors (prospected hard but bought a lot of product to cover our weekly shortfalls too); realized only too late that I was alienating friends and family and strangers and coming across as an asshole. My direct upline is still a huge deal with the company, probably clears about $80K per week by now - I've seen some of his checks. But he's willing to prospect anything that moves and a few things that don't to get where he is. He uses the scattershot approach, finds 2 gold directors in a room of 1000 people but leaves 998 bleeding and broken bodies in his wake. "Some will, some won't, who cares, next" is the mantra, but when your downline starts petering out because prospecting is damned hard, it's tough *not* to care. I finally decided that regardless of the compensation plan, MLM is not an ethical model of doing business because of the roughly 97% failure rate. Yes, everyone deserves a shot, and if you're willing to be ferociously tenacious you can make huge money, but it ended up leaving me with a sick feeling in my gut. The cruise was nice, and the training was useful in other areas of my life, but the overall experience was disappointing. It's a shame I still like their products, because they're so expensive...

    1. zamm straight. I agree with you.

I myself was a network marketer with some financial company (not usana) in the past when I was 22 years old and was able to get 9 people to go to convention within 3 weeks . They kept saying that convention will change your downline and make them explode. Yes, they were right, they change their minds NOT to join and explode emotionally disappointed and upset. Wow, it's a freaking pep rally. I never been to usana convention but it's similar and seems better than that financial company I joined. Who knows.

But the point is, you are right that that product is good despite being expensive. Also you are right that many fail and only a selected few 'made' it. But if you are doing recruiting alone in a semi saturated market, you will need a lot of luck. If you are just selling via prefer clients, you have a bit more chance. But if you want to excel, you need to export the product to china or some where else where the product to buy is more expensive. I know someone who is 1/2 recruiting and 1/2 selling to china and got to emerald director in 4 years. She uses the new people's account to buy more stuff so that that new person can become premier pace setters without that person using much of their own money, All she has to do is pay that new person money back. Then once the product arrives at that new person's address, they go get the products. All points will then be added to that person and her account so it's win win.

why will diamond director switch to your no name company when he already have a big client base. It's like telling him to start over..leave money on the table. So if he is making say 10k per month already.. he is leaving that on the table and starting with 0 dollars.

You are just like those mlmers who is secretly trying to make others join without pressuring them.

    2. and before you know it.. he will be recruiting YOU! that is why he is 'very nice guy'. There is always a motive with MLMers.. like you too when you post here.

    3. Actually, the top dogs in these MLMs conspire to get put in an existing position that is vacant. These vacant positions are from people who quit earlier. Over the years the downlines under these vacant locations grow and max out the business center. Ask Len Clements about that one. He was given a position in USANA that was once held by a silver director. He basically had one leg completely maxed out and all he had to do is recruit people into his other leg. He failed and dropped out switching to a different MLM instead.

When top dogs leave a MLM, they bring their entire downline with them so they keep the commissions. These people are also very good at recruiting lots of people using boiler room tactics.
